Can my AI message a client directly?

Your AI can read client messages and draft replies, but it can't send anything to a client — sending happens in Projul.

Say this

Read the messages on [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] in Projul and draft a short reply to [Sam] confirming we start on [October 16] and that the crew arrives at 8 am.

What happens

Your AI gives you a draft to copy. Paste it into the project's "Messages to client" channel (three-dot menu, "Open Messages") and send it there. Estimates and invoices go out from Projul the same way.

Note: Anything a client receives, like a message, an estimate, or an invoice, must be sent from Projul.
