Can my AI publish or send an estimate?

No. Your AI can build and edit an estimate in Projul, but publishing it, sending it, and recording approval are steps you do yourself.

Steps

1. Click "Estimates" in the menu on the left and open the estimate.
2. Click "Publish estimate" and confirm. This enables the client view and locks the editor.
3. Click "Send estimate", then "Email to client", or click "Approve without signature" if the client approved another way.

What happens

Once published, your AI can no longer edit that version. After the client approves, ask your AI to add a change order for any further changes. See How do I have my AI add a change order?

Note: If the estimate has not been approved yet, click "Unpublish & edit estimate" in Projul to return it to Draft so your AI can edit it again.
