What happens

Reading works with a Read key. Adding, updating, moving a lead's stage, or logging a call needs a Read-Write key, and your AI asks you to approve first. In Projul, find the client under "People," or the lead under "Lead pipeline."

Note: "Archive" on a client can be undone; "Delete" removes their projects, tasks, estimates and invoices too, and cannot be undone.
