Say this

Give me today's schedule from Projul: each person, where they are, what time, and the job address.

Log on [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] in Projul that I called [Sam] and left a voicemail.

Change the bracketed names and details. Most of these only read Projul and work with a Read key; logging a call or adding a note changes your data and needs a Read-Write key.
