How can I import my company data into my Projul account?

You can import clients, projects, cost templates, and employees into Projul yourself from a CSV file.

How to import your data

1. Click your initials in the bottom left corner and select "Settings".
2. Click the dropdown next to "Settings" at the top and select "Import Data".
3. Choose "Import Clients", "Import Projects", "Import Costs", or "Import Employees".
4. Click "Download Sample Template" to get a CSV file with the right columns. Fill it in and save it as a .csv file.
5. Drag your file into the window (or click "Browse Files"), then click "Continue".
6. Match each of your columns to a Projul field, then click "Validate Data".
7. Review the results. For rows that match records already in Projul, choose "Skip", "Update", or "Create New". Then click "Start Import".

Each project row needs client information so Projul can connect the project to the right client.
