How do I have my AI build a remodeling estimate?

Describe the remodel to your AI and it builds the estimate in Projul, with sections, costs and markup filled in.

Say this

Build an estimate in Projul for [Rivera Kitchen Remodel]. Sections in this order: protection and demolition, rough plumbing and electrical, insulation and drywall, cabinets and countertops, tile and flooring, paint and trim, permits and fees. Protection and demolition: floor protection [320 sq ft at $0.85] plus [20]%, [16] hours of tear-out labor at [$48] plus [40]%. Cabinets and countertops: semi-custom cabinets [$14,200] plus [22]%, [28] hours to install at [$58] plus [40]%. Permits and fees: building permit [$385], no markup, not taxable. Apply our [Utah] sales tax and tell me the estimate number and the total.

What happens

Your AI asks you to approve, then reports the estimate number and total. Click "Estimates" and the new Draft is at the top.
