How do I have my AI handle carpentry leads and follow-ups?

Tell your AI who called, the job and the address, and it creates the lead in Projul with the client attached.

Say this

Add a new lead in Projul called [Bennett Trim Package] for a new client, [Dana Bennett], phone [(435) 555-0188], email [dana@example.com], at [712 N Valley View Dr, St. George, UT 84770]. Likelihood of sale [50]%, put me down as estimator.

What happens

Your AI creates the lead and client, then moves it through "Lead pipeline" as you log calls and book visits. When it sells, your AI marks it sold and it appears as a project, such as P-1598.
