How do I have my AI handle commercial construction leads and follow-ups?

Tell your AI who the invitation came from, the scope and the suite, and it creates the lead in Projul's "Lead pipeline".

Say this

Add a new lead in Projul for [Diane Frazier] called [Northgate Plaza Suite 210 Tenant Improvement]. The job is at [4820 Northgate Blvd, Suite 210, Reno, NV 89502]. Put the likelihood of sale at [55]%, make [Curtis Nash] the estimator and [Renata Cole] the project manager.

What happens

Your AI gives you the project number, such as P-1611. Click "Lead pipeline" in Projul to see it, with the client, address and likelihood of sale on its card.
