How do I have my AI handle excavation leads and follow-ups?

Tell your AI who called, the job and the address, and it creates the lead in Projul and logs the contact.

Say this

Add a new lead in Projul for [Ridgeline Homes] called [Ridgeline Lot 14 Site Package]. The job is at [2280 N 3400 W, Hurricane, UT 84737]. Notes: [house pad, driveway and utility trench, plans coming Friday, they want dirt moving the first week of October]. Likelihood of sale [70]%, estimator [Dan Reyes].

Add a follow-up reminder on [Ridgeline Lot 14 Site Package] in Projul for [March 3]: [call once the frost is out and the ground will hold a machine].

What happens

Your AI creates the lead and moves it through "Lead pipeline" as the job progresses. When it sells, your AI moves it to "Sold" and it becomes a project.
