How do I have my AI handle HVAC leads and follow-ups?

Tell your AI what the caller said, and it creates the client and lead in Projul, on "Lead pipeline" like one you added yourself.

Say this

Add a lead in Projul for a new client, [Dale Harmon], phone [(435) 555-0164], email [dale@example.com]. The job is [Harmon 4-Ton Heat Pump Changeout] at [742 N Bluff St, St. George, UT 84770]. Condenser is [18] years old, [2,100] sq ft single story. Likelihood [70]%.

List every lead in Projul in the Send stage with no follow-up logged in the last [7] days, then create a follow-up reminder on each one for [Monday at 8 am], assigned to [Dana Kessler], called [Call about the replacement quote].

What happens

Your AI asks you to approve, then confirms the lead. Booking the visit moves it to the "Estimate" stage; mark it sold, completed or lost as the job progresses.
