How do I have my AI handle landscaping leads and follow-ups?

Tell your AI who called, what they want and where the property is, and it creates the lead, logs the call and books the visit.

Say this

Add a new lead in Projul called [Nguyen Front Yard Refresh] for a new client, [Dana Nguyen], phone [(435) 555-0142], email [dana@example.com]. Property at [1220 E Riverside Dr, St. George, UT 84790]. She was referred by [Sam Alvarez]. Note on the lead: wants low-water planting and drip, no lawn.

Schedule an estimate meeting on [Alvarez Backyard Renovation] in Projul for [Thursday] at [9 am] for [an hour] with [Grace Oakes].

What happens

Your AI asks you to approve, then creates the client and the lead. Booking the meeting moves the lead to the "Estimate" stage in "Lead pipeline" and puts the visit on the schedule.
