How do I have my AI handle paving leads and follow-ups?

Tell your AI who called and what the job is, and it creates the lead in your Projul pipeline.

Say this

Add a new lead in Projul called [Nowak Driveway Replacement] for a new client, [Alan Nowak], phone [(435) 555-0188], email [anowak@example.com]. The job address is [372 N 200 E, Washington, UT 84780].

Move it through the pipeline and close it out the same way.

Move [Ridgeline Plaza Lot Repave] in Projul to the Send stage and raise the likelihood of sale to [65]%. Add a follow-up reminder for [next Tuesday] to call about the bid.

What happens

Your AI creates or updates the lead and it appears in "Lead pipeline" in the stage you named, exactly as one you added yourself.
