Say this

Add a new lead in Projul for [Sam Rivera] called [Rivera Kitchen Remodel]. The job is at [418 W Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770]. He wants the kitchen done before Thanksgiving. Put the likelihood of sale at [70]% and make [Kevin Nolan] the estimator.

Go through my leads in the Send stage in Projul and add a follow-up reminder on each one for [next Tuesday morning] to call the homeowner.

What happens

Your AI asks you to approve, then reports back the project number. A matching client name is reused, not duplicated, and the lead shows up in "New" in "Lead pipeline".
