How do I have my AI handle window and door replacement leads and follow-ups?

Tell your AI who called and what they want, and it adds the lead to Projul's "Lead pipeline" in the right stage.

Say this

Add a new lead in Projul for [Rosa Delgado] called [Delgado Whole House Windows]. The job is at [418 W Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770]. She wants a price on [14 openings of vinyl double-hung and a 6 ft patio slider]. Put the likelihood of sale at [70]% and assign [Marco Reyes] as the estimator.

What happens

Your AI reports the project number, and the lead appears on the "Lead pipeline" with the client, address, and likelihood of sale on its card. A matching name, email, or phone reuses the existing client instead of duplicating it.
