How do I have my AI schedule home-building crews and jobs?

Tell your AI the phase, the house, the dates and the crew, and it creates the task in Projul on the "Schedule" for those people.

Say this

Create a task on [Kessler Residence] in Projul called [Form and pour footings] for [Monday and Tuesday next week], [7 am to 3:30 pm] both days, and put [Joel Tate] and [Karen Pierce] on it.

The truss delivery on [Kessler Residence] slipped to [March 19]. In Projul, push [Set trusses] and everything after it out by [two days], and tell me what moved.

What happens

Your AI checks with you before saving, then places the task on the "Schedule" for those people. Name a team instead of a person and everyone currently on it is assigned.
