Tell your AI the phases of the loss, how long each takes, and who's on them, and it schedules the crew in Projul.

Say this

Build the mitigation schedule for [Whitcomb Water Loss] in Projul starting [today]. Emergency response and extraction [today, 5 to 9 am] with [Luis Ortega] and [Tara Nolan]. Demolition and flood cuts [tomorrow, 8 am to 4 pm] with the [mitigation crew]. Daily monitoring [every morning 7 to 8 am for 4 days] with [Tara Nolan].
