How do I have my AI write the introduction and contract text?

Your AI can write the introduction and contract text on an estimate and save both to it in Projul.

Say this

Read the [Thompson Deck Rebuild] estimate in Projul and write a two-paragraph introduction for the client covering what we are building, the materials, and roughly how long it takes. Put it on the estimate.

Set the contract details on [Thompson Deck Rebuild] in Projul to our standard terms: [50% deposit to schedule, balance on completion, change orders in writing, weather delays extend the schedule day for day].

What happens

Your AI asks you to approve the change, then confirms once it is saved. Open the estimate under "Estimates" in Projul: the introduction is at the top, the contract details are at the bottom, and "Print preview" shows how they will read.

Note: A new estimate does not pick up the default introduction and contract text from your Projul settings; give your AI the text you want, or name a template that already carries it.
