How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?

Tell your AI the lead, the time, and who's going to book an estimate walkthrough in Projul.

Say this

Schedule an estimate meeting on the [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] lead in Projul for [Tuesday September 8] at [10 am], one hour, with [Jenny Voss].

What happens

Your AI asks you to approve, then confirms the time and estimator. The meeting shows on that person's row in "Schedule", and on the lead's card in "Lead pipeline" under "Show more".

Booking the meeting moves the lead to "Estimate". Once it's done, have your AI mark it complete to move the lead to "Write".

Note: Projul only auto-creates the "Write Estimate" task when a meeting is booked in the app, so ask your AI to add that task too.
