How do I use checklists and complete tasks with my AI?

Your AI can add a checklist to a task, check steps off, and mark a task complete or reopen it.

Say this

Add these steps to the [Tear out existing deck] task in Projul: [disconnect and cap the deck light, remove railing and boards, cut and pull framing, load dumpster and sweep].

Mark the [Tear out existing deck] task in Projul complete.

What happens

Your AI asks you to approve first. Completing a task checks off all its steps; reopening it unchecks them, the same as in the app. Completing an estimate meeting or "Write Estimate" task can also move a lead forward on "Lead pipeline". Open the task from "Schedule" or "Task list" to see steps marked "DONE" or "TO DO", with the percent complete at the top.
