How does my AI find a client?

Give your AI the client's full name or email to find them in one step.

Find [Sam Rivera] in Projul and show me his contact details.

Which client in Projul has the phone number [(435) 555-0187]?

What happens

A full name or email matches directly. A partial name, company name, or phone number isn't an exact match, so your AI reads through your client list instead, newest first, which can take a few pages for an older client. Archived clients aren't in that list, so your AI can't find them by name.

Note: If two clients share the same full name, add the email address to your question so only one matches.
