Why can't I create a new user in Projul?

If the user limit has been reached, a new user (employee) cannot be created unless the Projul account is upgraded or an existing user is archived first.

• Each plan has a user (employee) limit: Starter allows up to 3 users, Core up to 10, and Core+ up to 20.
• Pro allows unlimited users.

To view the current plan, click the initials in the bottom-left corner of the screen and then select “Account.” The current plan will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
