Why do the numbers not match what I would get in the app?

Ask your AI for an exact figure when a number looks off, since it is usually a different figure, not a wrong one.

Count every active client in Projul. Read all the pages, and give me the exact number.

A Draft estimate's approved and published totals read zero until a version is approved. Lists page 25 at a time and skip archived records, so a quick count can run low or high. Your AI may also round or summarize instead of quoting exactly; ask for the exact figure.

What happens

Your AI reads every page and quotes Projul's own number, to the cent, instead of an estimate.
