How do I have my AI handle concrete leads and follow-ups?

Tell your AI who called, what they want poured, and where the job is, and it creates the lead in Projul.

Say this

Add a new lead in Projul called [Marchetti Driveway and Patio] for a new client, [Dana Marchetti], phone [(435) 555-0142], email [dana@example.com]. Job at [1220 E Riverside Dr, St. George, UT 84790]. Tear out and replace a [two-car driveway] and pour a [patio] out back.

Add a follow-up reminder in Projul on [Marchetti Driveway and Patio] for [next Monday at 8 am] assigned to [Grace Oakes]: [call Dana about the driveway proposal and the finish options].

What happens

Your AI creates the lead in "Lead pipeline" the same as one you add by hand, and can log calls, schedule the site walk, and move the lead forward.

Note: A name matching an existing client's name plus email or phone reuses that client instead of duplicating it.
