How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed, lost or cancelled?

Tell your AI to mark a job sold, completed, rejected or cancelled, and it updates the project's status in Projul the same way dragging the card would.

Say this

Mark [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] as sold in Projul.

Mark the [Thompson Deck Rebuild] project complete in Projul.

The same phrasing works for a lost lead ("mark it rejected") or a job cancelled after it started ("mark it terminated").

What happens

Your AI asks you to approve the change, then confirms the new status. A sold lead moves to "Sold" in "Lead pipeline" and appears under "Projects". A completed project shows under "Completed Projects", a rejected lead under the "Rejected" filter, and a terminated project under "Cancelled Projects".

Note: Marking a job sold does not publish, send or approve its estimate. That step always happens in Projul. See Can my AI publish or send an estimate?
