Why does my AI say it made a change that I cannot see in Projul?

Projul saves your AI's changes right away, so if you don't see one you're likely in the wrong place or on a stale page.

Steps

  1. Check whether you approved the change; a denied or closed approval card means nothing was written. Zapier, Make and n8n have no approval step, so check the run history there instead.
  2. Look in the right place: a lead sits in "Lead pipeline" by stage, a dateless task needs "Unscheduled" turned on, and a note sits under the record's three-dot menu.
  3. Refresh the page, or ask your AI to read the record back.
  4. If changes are refused, check that your AI holds a Read-Write key, not a Read key.

What happens

A real change ends with confirmation, such as "created P-1597"; "would" or "can" language just describes a plan. See How do I check that my AI is connected to Projul?

Note: If your AI can't find the record at all on a read-back, the change was never made; ask it to try again.
